Nothing shows in my order history so I don't know if I am approved or not. When I called the customer service they said that my order was successfully made but didn't confirm if it was approve. This is kinda frustrating.

投稿を表示You can check your orders on the my Rakuten Mobile app. Tap ≡ in the top right, select "Order History" from the menu, and check the details of any of your orders.
