回答募集 7,000 Rakuten Points Not Received
Hello, I purchased a Rakuten SIM on July 27, 2025. I was informed that I would receive 7,000 Rakuten points after two months, but I have not received any points yet. I have checked the Rakuten Link app and my email but found no notification. Could you please check my account and let me know what I should do?
