回答募集 英語対応のサポート窓口

楽天モバイルを解約後、海外在住のため日本語でのサポートが難しいのですが、英語で対応可能なコールセンターやカスタマーサポートはありますか?

楽天モバイルのサポート窓口 (電話番号: 050-5434-4633) は日本語対応しかしておらず、困っています。

I apologize that the telephone number 050-5434-4633 does not support foreign languages.
If you call 0800-805-0805, you will receive assistance in English. Business hours are 9:00-17:00(Japan Time), open all year round.
However, phone numbers starting with 0800 may not be able to be called from overseas.

So, is there a way for me to contact their customer support? Because I have on going problem that I have not been able to fix or find solutions to since November last year. Thank you for your help

Is there anyone in Japan who can contact Rakuten Mobile support on your behalf?

There is but they won't let them call on my behalf because of rakuten term of condition regarding privacy.

Its okay but could you help me answer my concern. So like the other post that is deleted. I got a unpaid fees that I'm unaware of 2,600 yen. I can't pay it because there's no way for me to pay it since I'm unable to get the postcard payment slip and I cant pay through credit card since I deleted the account already. Will this unpaid fees stop me from entering Japan. And how much would this 2,600 yen increased over time if I come back to Japan next year thank you. I just wanted to pay the fees but Rakuten is giving me a hard time to do so. I didn't know there would be this fees because I already asked the Rakuten employee in Nagoya and she said that I dont have to worry since I already paid all the remaining fees and I can safely cancel and delete my rakuten account.

I'm not a Rakuten Mobile employee, so I cannot give you a correct answer.
If you have a friend in Japan who has two smartphones, you may be able to have them relay your call to English-speaking support.

"We apologize for the delay in providing you with information. We are continuing to check on this matter, so please wait for a little while longer."

"We are unable to speak to you in English on 050-5434-4633, but your representative can assist you.
I can't log in to my account over the phone, and 0800-805-0805 can't be called from overseas. Please explain your situation and let us know if there is anything we can do to help."

It is possible to ask someone nearby who can speak Japanese to ask questions on your behalf. How about this method?
