Guys I really need your help here!
I was using the Saikyo Plan while I was in Japan few months ago, but due to some circumstances, I was unable to cancel before returning to my country.
I tried to cancel the plan online, but they ask for a confirmation code via SMS, and this SMS never reaches my number.

I tried suspending the number, deleting my Rakuten account, even asked a Japanese friend to go to a Rakuten store for some help or advice, but they keep charging me! I couldn't reach them through their English-language support number either.

For God's sake, I just want to cancel it, I'm not using any of their services for months. 😭😭😭

I'm considering just stopping paying the charges and seeing if they cancel this plan once and for all, but I'm afraid of the legal action that might be taken.

Please, I'm begging for some help!
